Carlin Evanoff serves as the Director of Clinical Informatics at healtheConnect Alaska since August 2019, focusing on data quality, population health, clinical care, and health information exchange. Additionally, Carlin has been a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine at Mat-Su Health Services since October 2013, contributing to EMR troubleshooting and workflow efficiency, while providing intermittent primary care clinic coverage. Prior experience includes working as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine at Peace Health from July 2017 to August 2019 and as a Community Health Aid Practitioner at Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation from October 2001 to September 2016, where Carlin provided primary and emergency care to rural residents. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage, a degree in Physician Assistant from the University of Washington, and an Associate’s degree in Community Health from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
