Alexis Palmer is a seasoned professional in talent attraction and recruitment marketing with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Attraction and Engagement at HealthComp since July 2022, Alexis previously held key positions such as Recruitment Marketing Manager at EPAM Systems and Global Recruitment Marketing Manager at Continuum Global Solutions. At Hilton, managed the Global Recruitment Strategy for a worldwide initiative, and at Maxim Healthcare Services, led marketing efforts for a prominent in-home care provider.
