Jonathan W Ward serves as President of Healthcare Workforce Logistics since July 2016, focusing on enhancing the management of contingent labor for healthcare providers through specialized technology and strategic management. As Vice President of Corporate Development at Jackson Healthcare since October 2014, Jonathan leads acquisitions of strategically complementary businesses. Previous roles include being a board member at AC Delray, an audit committee member at CGFNS International, and founding USA Strategic Consulting Incorporated, which assists foreign companies in entering the US market. Jonathan held several leadership positions at Cross Country Healthcare from 2000 to 2013, including EVP, Chief Strategy Officer/Marketing Officer, overseeing clinical staffing and operational strategies. Jonathan began the career at WR Grace and Fidelity Bank after completing an MBA from Rutgers University and a Political Science degree from Drew University.
