Jaidalyn Rand, MSPH, serves as the Director of Industry Relations at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance since February 2022 and is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eylani Community Health Network, Inc., focused on health and well-being solutions for under-served communities in Chicago. Jaidalyn has held various leadership roles, including Director of Public Health Initiatives and Grant Compliance and Program Coordinator at Westside Health Authority, as well as Wellness Director and other strategic positions at March of Dimes and Lawndale Christian Health Center. Jaidalyn's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Public Health from Meharry Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northeastern Illinois University, complemented by a certification as a Basic Nursing Assistant.
