James Cooper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Healthcare Australia since September 2024, James leads the development of strategic workforce solutions for the healthcare sector, focusing on hospitals and aged care facilities in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. As the Founder and Director of Talent Streams Pty Ltd, a boutique recruitment firm established in October 2016, James specializes in Product, Design, Marketing, Communication, and Sales roles for enterprise clients. Additionally, as a Property Developer for JSea Investments, James has been involved in residential development projects since February 2018. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Conexson, Co-Organiser for Sydney Design Thinking, General Manager at S2M Recruitment, and Co-Founder/Operations Director of Segway Tours Australia.
