The Marketing & Communications team at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) is responsible for promoting the organization's mission and initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring consistent and effective messaging. They manage external affairs, customer experience, social media strategy, public relations, conferences, and events to engage and grow the HBA community. Additionally, the team develops and executes marketing strategies, oversees internal and external communications, and supports various regional and global marketing efforts to advance the organization's goals of gender parity in healthcare leadership.
