Rob Minicucci Jr has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Business Banking Intern at M&T Bank. In 2015, they joined Ironwood Capital Management as a part of their Fund-of-Funds team. In 2016, they transitioned to GetAccept, where they worked in the Early Stage B2B SaaS Sales role. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director of Business Development at Health System Services.

Rob Minicucci Jr attended Miami University Farmer School of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Information Systems. In 2016, they also obtained the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
