Cheryl Ricciardi is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Health Services For Children With Special Needs since June 2023, Cheryl has previously held senior leadership roles at Inova Health System, including Senior Director and Vice President of Clinical Operations for INTotal Health, where oversight encompassed clinical operations for a Medicaid Health Plan serving over 60,000 members. Cheryl's career spans various leadership positions, such as directing operations for multiple emergency departments and managing the Inova Continuing Care Network, all while maintaining a focus on quality care, efficiency, and program development. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a nursing diploma from Alexandria Hospital School of Nursing.
