Barbara Kosak-Schlaefer, CHVA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as a Health Rosetta Certified Benefits Advisor at JC Rose Associates since August 2018. In this role, Barbara emphasizes transparency and fiduciary responsibility while leveraging data analytics to create health benefit plans that aim to significantly reduce healthcare costs.
