Michael Leonard has a diverse work experience. Since 2019, they have been with Health Resources in Action, initially as a Program Associate and currently as a Project Manager. In their role, they have managed various projects. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked at Phillips Brooks House Association Inc. as a Nonprofit Management Fellow. In this position, they provided support to a network of summer camps, organizing events and managing logistics. Michael also served as the Programming Chair. Before that, they worked as a Circulation Desk Assistant at Harvard Yenching Library from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they gained experience in community organizing as an intern at Food & Water Watch in 2015 and as a Canvasser at the same organization in 2014.

Michael Leonard completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology from Harvard University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
