Kevin Myers serves as the Director at Health Resources in Action since August 2015, previously holding roles as Associate Director of Grantmaking and Senior Project Associate in Policy & Practice. Prior experience includes positions at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from October 2011 to May 2015, where Kevin worked as a Special Assistant to the Center for Global Health's Director for Policy and Communication, and completed field assignments within the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's Suicide Prevention Program. Kevin also served as Special Assistant to CDC Director Dr. Tom Frieden and held a position as a Prevention Specialist within the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Health in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from Lehigh University.
