Mary Glas, MAOM, CSSBB, PMP, SPHR, currently serves as Program Manager for Third Party Program Management at Health Plan of San Joaquin/Mountain Valley Health Plan since January 2024 and as Mentor Leader at Young Life since May 2023, where responsibilities include mentoring emerging leaders and addressing interpersonal issues. Previously, from March 2018 to February 2023, Mary held key roles at Blue Shield of California, first as Director of Quality, influencing a $20M transformation initiative, and earlier as Senior Manager of Quality, where project leadership earned a nomination for the Mission & Vision in Action Award. At UC Davis Health, from May 2014 to March 2018, positions included Manager of Continuing Medical Education, focusing on provider education and process redesign for enhanced patient outcomes, and Manager of HR, Learning and Development, where Mary surpassed compliance goals. Earlier experience at Blue Shield of California involved leading strategic communication and training initiatives. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from UC San Diego.
