Richard Stone is a seasoned professional in construction procurement and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Group Manager Commercial and Contracts and Principal Commercial Advisor at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since January 2023. With a robust background in advising government agencies, Richard has held pivotal roles at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, including Senior Construction Procurement Leader and Senior Commercial Procurement Leader, where contributions included the development of sustainability policies and management of the Christchurch Rebuild.
