Prior to this, Nathasha worked at Weber Shandwick as an Account Director, Client Experience, where they managed multiple integrated communications programs and developed communication strategies for healthcare clients. Nathasha has also worked in PR and communications roles at Good Doctor Technology, Babylon, Omnicom Public Relations Group, and Baldwin Boyle Shand. Nathasha has a background in broadcast television production and has worked as a content producer at Channel NewsAsia. Nathasha also has experience in copywriting, having worked as a freelance copywriter and providing strategic content development counsel to clients. Nathasha began their career as an executive intern at Tradition Brokers Thailand Ltd.

Nathasha W. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at The University of Auckland from 2010 to 2012. Nathasha then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in the Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2012. Prior to their university education, Nathasha attended Rangi Ruru Girls' School in Christchurch, New Zealand, from 2005 to 2009 for their high school education. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
