Barbara McDonald has worked in various roles since 1996. Barbara began their career at Pepsi Cola International as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for $80 million USD of sales in 29 countries. In 2002, they moved to Ritz Foods International as VP Sales & Marketing, where they were responsible for introducing new products into the US market and securing Publix Supermarket accounts across Florida and Georgia. In 2006, they joined Maximum Marketing as an Account Manager. In 2008, they began working at SMARTMATIC USA CORP as C-Suite Admin for USA Board and President, where they were responsible for coordinating international travel, organizing large events, and managing the office. In 2020, they joined Napleton Automotive Group as a Finance Assistant. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Health Karma as Director of Operations and Operations Office Manager. In their role, they oversee operational activities at every level of the organization and serves as the President's liaison between the rest of the leadership team and the company.

Barbara McDonald attended Rollins College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal. Prior to that, they attended Union College - NJ from 1982 to 1985, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business Administration and Management, General.
