Elisabeth Myers has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as the Deputy Director of Communications for the Governors Office of Health Care Reform in Pennsylvania. Elisabeth then moved on to work as the Deputy Press Secretary for the Department of Public Welfare from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they became the Communications Director for Stand for Children - Washington, and in 2012, they joined CMS as the Policy and Outreach Lead at the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality. Finally, in 2016, they started working at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, initially as a Senior Policy Advisor and later promoted to the Deputy Director of the Office of Policy.
Elisabeth Myers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Haverford College between 1997 and 2001. Then, they pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School between 2007 and 2009.
