Marina Calvo has extensive experience in the social work and mental health sectors, currently serving as the HF4Y Team Leader at HOGAR SÍ since August 2022, while also working as a Trauma Support Worker with Health in Mind Scotland since October 2020, focusing on psychological intervention for survivors of child sexual abuse and complex PTSD. Marina has held various roles, including Certified Practitioner at Streetwork UK since November 2017, where responsibilities involve social work for high-risk homeless populations, and Support Worker positions at Places for People and Gowrie Care, addressing needs of vulnerable youth and adults. Education includes a degree in Social Project Development and Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, a COSCA certificate in counseling and listening skills from Edinburgh College, and a master's in sociocultural analysis from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, among other qualifications.
