Radames Mendez Jr. currently serves as the Director of Compensation at Healthfirst, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Head of Global Compensation at AXA XL from September 2018 to September 2022, and similar titles at XL Catlin between August 2013 and September 2018. Radames also worked as the Associate Director of Compensation at the National Basketball Association from April 2012 to August 2013, and served as the Executive Compensation Manager at Avon Products Inc. from September 2008 to April 2012. Earlier in the career, Radames held the positions of Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Analyst at HBO from January 2005 to September 2008. Radames holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
