Nicole Tseng has extensive experience in care management and social work, currently serving as a Senior Care Manager at Healthfirst since April 2013, where Nicole also leads as a Primary Care Manager and previously worked as a Social Work Care Manager. Prior to this, Nicole held the position of Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) at the Metropolitan Jewish Health System from January 2007 to April 2013. Nicole Tseng holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Geriatric and Mental Health from New York University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Drucker School of Management.
