Eduardo Aravena is a seasoned Spanish translation professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Spanish Translation Team Lead at Healthfirst since December 2015, Eduardo manages an in-house translation team and oversees transcreation projects. Prior roles include freelance Spanish translator and proofreader at TransPerfect Translations, and project management and translation at Amplify. As a business co-owner and director of the Spanish Translation Department at Translingua Associates, Eduardo managed operations and client relationships. Additional experience includes consecutive interpreting for the courts of New York City and research analysis at the United Nations. Eduardo holds a Professional Title in Spanish Translation from English and German from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
