Gemma Wenstrom is an accomplished operations and business development professional with extensive experience in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Fellow at Health Evolution since November 2023 and as COO at Kaia Health since January 2021, Gemma focuses on digitizing therapies for chronic back pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Previously, Gemma held key positions, including Head of Growth Operations at ZappRx (now part of Veradigm) and AccelRx Specialty Product Expert, where contributions included scaling commercial operations and enhancing specialty product strategies. At PatientsLikeMe, LLC, Gemma advanced from Senior Manager of Sales Operations to Senior Director of Business Operations within two years. Gemma began a career in finance as a Business and Financial Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch after earning a B.A. in History and French Literature and an M.A. in Management and Strategy from Harvard University.
