As a Fellow at Health Evolution and an Advisor at Redesign Health, Frank contributes to innovative healthcare solutions. Previously, Frank served as the Head of Corporate Strategy & Digital Transformation at Otsuka Precision Health, Inc., and held leading roles at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) focused on technology strategy and digital R&D. Frank also led Digital Health and Product Innovation for Oncology & Biosimilars at Amgen. Frank holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics from California State University Channel Islands and an education from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
