Preethi Krishna Kumar serves as the Director of Customer Analytics & Business Intelligence at Health-E Commerce since July 2017, having previously held the position of Manager of Business Analytics at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2014 to July 2017. Key projects at Sears included the development of automated solutions for personalized offers, customer behavior analysis to enhance engagement and retention, and the creation of an enterprise-wide CRM strategy. Prior to Sears, Preethi worked as a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where work involved estimating grey market sizes for consumer products and leading analytics for a $15B global purchasing spend. Early consulting experience includes a role at Summit Brands. Preethi holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
