Elana Metz is a Behavioral Health Program Manager at Health Center Partners of Southern California since July 2023. Previously, Elana served as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University and completed an MSW Administrative Internship at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital. Elana has experience as an MSW Intern at both San Ysidro Health and Scripps Health. Prior to these roles, Elana held several positions at San Diego Workforce Partnership, including Healthcare Sector Lead and Program Supervisor. Elana was also the National Organizer for Open Hillel, focusing on promoting pluralism and open discourse in the Jewish community. Other notable experiences include outreach work with the Tunisia MEPI Alumni Chapter and as an EducateMe Intern with AIESEC Tunisia. Elana possesses advanced degrees in Social Work and Public Health from San Diego State University and holds an Honors B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware.
