Matt Brown is an experienced professional in the field of data management and analytics, currently serving as the VP, Technical Director, Platform Operations at Health Catalyst since May 2014. In this role, Matt manages a hybrid team focused on enhancing scalable operations and the health of the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) environment. Previously, Matt held positions as Technical Director and Data Architect, where responsibilities included implementing and maintaining data warehousing and analytics platforms for hospital systems. Prior experience includes roles at Mozy and Digital Gateway, where Matt excelled in developing ETL processes, data warehouse enhancements, and software training. Matt began a career in IT with an internship at KPMG Advisory and has extensive background in account management from a tenure at Discover Card. Matt holds a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Brigham Young University.
