Jacqueline Matthews is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in quality and transformation roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Health Catalyst since February 2022, Matthews previously held leadership positions at IBM, where roles included Associate Partner in both Provider Consulting and Value Based Care. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Healthcare Transformation at Explorys and a significant tenure at Cleveland Clinic, where Matthews advanced through multiple quality-focused roles. Early career experience includes leadership in quality at Community General Hospital and clinical research at the FDA. Matthews holds a BSN in Nursing from Alfred University and an MS in Nursing from Penn State University.
