Cindy Gaines is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical transformation and administration. Currently, Cindy holds the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Transformation at Health Catalyst since August 2024. Prior to this role, Cindy served as Chief Clinical Transformation Officer at Lumeon from April 2021 to August 2024 and held various leadership positions at Philips, including Clinical Transformation Leader - Connected Care and Chief Nursing Officer from January 2019 to April 2021. Cindy's earlier career includes significant roles at Borgess Health, where responsibilities comprised President of Administration for the West Michigan Market and Vice President of Borgess Systems of Care, among others. Additionally, Cindy's experience includes project management and nursing leadership at Bronson Healthcare from November 2004 to April 2009. Cindy earned a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Michigan.
