Katherine Kalina MA LMHC LADC1 has extensive work experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse counseling. Katherine started their career in 2008 as a Clinical Practicum Student at Boston Medical Center's Psychiatric Consultation and Liaison Services. Katherine then completed a Clinical Internship at the Boston VA Healthcare System from September 2008 to May 2009.
In 2009, Katherine joined Community Substance Abuse Centers as a Substance Abuse Counselor and later became a Senior Counselor. Katherine worked in this role from November 2009 to June 2014.
From November 2014 to January 2021, Katherine served as a Counseling Supervisor at Health Care Resource Centers. Katherine then transitioned into the role of Treatment Center Director starting in January 2021 and is currently in that position.

Katherine is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC1), certified by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health; Substance Abuse Services. Katherine is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), certified by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals.
