Sally Hespe currently serves as the Grants Manager at HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) since March 2023. Previous positions include Director of Advancement and Advancement Manager at Manchester Community Library from April 2021 to February 2023, and Director of Communications, Outreach & Events at Preschool Advantage from October 2017 to April 2021. Sally Hespe holds a M.A. in International Relations and Affairs from Drew University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College.
