Julia Dobbins, MSW, serves as the Director of Programs & Services at the National Institute for Medical Respite Care since July 2020 and has been with the National Health Care for the Homeless Council since August 2012, holding positions including Director of Medical Respite Care, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes being a Program Specialist at the Tennessee Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence from August 2008 to August 2012. Julia Dobbins completed a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Rhodes College between 2002 and 2006.
