Lana Curzon currently serves as a People and Culture Business Partner at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lana was with SageSure from July 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading recruitment projects focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, enhancing candidate experiences, and managing ATS changes. Previous experiences include roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Tribune Publishing Company, where emphasis was placed on fostering a diverse culture, and as a Development and Communications Specialist at Switchboard of Miami, Inc., focusing on community outreach and public education. Lana's career began in education, teaching English and Journalism at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and included roles in marketing and reporting. Lana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and International Studies from the University of Miami.
