Dina Marie Williams has significant experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as Consumer Products Rep Lead at Health Alliance Medical Plans since September 2015, having previously held the position of Consumer Service Rep II. Prior to joining Health Alliance, Dina was self-employed as a Medical Transcriptionist from February 2003 to August 2019, specializing in the transcription of medical records. Earlier roles include Assistant Office Manager at Orthopedics of Yakima, PLLC where responsibilities included patient scheduling and managing accounts, and Surgical Coordinator at Yakima Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic, overseeing surgical scheduling and patient education. Dina began their career as Admissions Coordinator at Sisters of Providence, facilitating patient admissions, and served as Secretary for Richard Boyd, M.D., handling various administrative tasks. Dina holds an Associate of Arts degree in Medical Administrative/Executive Assistant and Medical Secretary from Yakima Valley College and a high school diploma from West Valley High School.
