Eashita Maheshwary currently serves as Associate Manager, Community - Platforms at Razorpay and is a volunteer in Partnerships and Corporate Innovation with Headstart Network Foundation. Eashita has experience as a Partnerships & Business Growth Strategist from January 2023 to May 2024, and was a founding member of Encubay Angel Network, where efforts focused on promoting gender diversity in angel investing. Eashita co-founded Encubay, a network aimed at supporting women founders, and previously served as Partner at Collaborat-her and Senior Community Manager at 91springboard. Eashita's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Goa's first artists' community space and gaining foundational experience at Never Grow Up and Channel V. Eashita holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Jyoti Nivas College and a Master’s degree in Advertising, Media, and Event Management from NIEM.
