Laurence Vasseur currently serves as a Programme Manager at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School, since March 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities spanned from Global MDP Learning & Development Senior Specialist to Global Learning & Development Coordinator, focusing on program planning, logistics, and stakeholder management. Additional experience comprises an Office Manager and Executive Assistant role at Eductrade SA, and a sabbatical year for personal travel in South and Central America. Vasseur also held project management positions at the Center for Creative Leadership from February 2011 to September 2016. Academic credentials include a Certified Life Coach degree from Institut de Coaching International, a Master’s degree in Events Organization from Ostelea, a Master’s in Multilingual Communication from Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor's in Modern Literature and Languages.
