Marty Leahy is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the headspace Service Manager and Clinical Lead for Casey Cardinia since February 2023. With a background at EACH as the BounceBack Team Leader since January 2019, Marty provides evidence-based psychological interventions and care coordination to young people aged 12-25 with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Prior roles at headspace included Senior Mental Health Clinician and RISE Program Coordinator, where Marty focused on interventions for youth experiencing severe anxiety and depression. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Youth Mental Health from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Social Work from RMIT University, complemented by a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Ballarat.
