Judith Verhave is an experienced leader in compensation and benefits with a strong background in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently, Judith serves as the CEO of Next Chapter Solutions LLC and is self-employed as a member of various boards of advisors, including positions at Castlight Health, Vertus, Big Health, and Ginger. Judith has previously held significant roles as a non-executive board member at Castlight Health and as the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at BNY Mellon and Fidelity Investments. Judith is actively involved in several committees and advisory boards, including the Handel & Haydn Society, and holds a Bachelor's degree from Carleton College.
