Philip Maynard has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a server at Gators Dockside. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at LifeWay Christian Resources. In 2015, they were an Sports Outreach Intern at CrossLife Church. In 2016, they were an Interim College Minister and Middle School Minister in Residence at CrossLife Church. In 2018, they were a Lead at Books A Million. Since 2019, they have worked as an Assistant Manager and Headset Advisor at Headsets.com and as a Sales Associate at Catalyst Leadership Group.

Philip Maynard attended the University of Central Florida from 2011 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication.
