Vikas Gaur has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Vikas began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from February 2010 to August 2012. Vikas then joined Jindal Intellicom Limited as a Senior Customer Care Associate from May 2015 to December 2016. In 2018, Vikas founded Author Vine. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Care Executive and Customer Care Specialist at Heads Up For Tails since June 2021.
Vikas Gaur completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. Vikas pursued this degree between 2013 and 2016.
