Anusuya Sharma is a skilled professional with a diverse background in culture, talent, and program management. Currently serving as the Lead of Culture and Talent at Headout since September 2021, Anusuya has also held the position of Senior Associate in the same department. Prior experience includes working as a Program Manager at iMumz, where Anusuya managed Operations and HR functions. Earlier roles featured a position as Community Operations Associate at Headout and Youth Program Coordinator at Vyakti Vikas Kendra India. Anusuya began volunteering with the Art of Living in 2013. Anusuya holds a Triple Major in Economics from Mount Carmel College, completed in 2017.
