Paula Mookerjee has had extensive work experience in the technology industry. Paula started their career at Urbanspoon in 2012, where they worked as a Technical Support/Content Admin, providing on-call support, troubleshooting, and sales for restaurant advertising. Paula also handled customer feedback, content editing, and fraud investigation. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of QA Analyst at Urbanspoon, where they conducted manual testing, wrote test plans, and executed automated smoke tests using various tools.
