Jan Reimes has extensive experience in research and standardization, currently working at HEAD acoustics GmbH since August 2006, focusing on new instrumental measurement methods and international standardization with organizations such as 3GPP, ITU-T, and ETSI. Additionally, Jan Reimes has developed measurement software and tools for speech quality analysis. Prior to this role, Jan Reimes contributed to technical sales and software development at PC Aachen GbR / Dockingstation GmbH from January 2002 to August 2006, and worked in database programming while also serving as a first aid instructor for Malteser Hilfsdienst Aachen from October 2000 to August 2006. Jan Reimes holds a Diplom in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, obtained between 2000 and 2006.
