Bryan Berube is a Senior Scientist at HDT Bio, where contributions focus on developing vaccines and therapeutics for the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, utilizing a unique replicating RNA virus platform and innovative nanoparticle formulation. Additionally, Bryan holds a position as Research Scientist IV at Seattle Children's Research Institute, collaborating in Dr. Rhea Coler's lab to tackle pressing challenges in infectious diseases. Previous experience includes work as a Scientist I at the Infectious Disease Research Institute, emphasizing drug discovery for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and roles as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University and a Graduate Student at the University of Chicago, where research concentrated on microbial pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms.
