Monica Green-Jackson currently serves as Director of Sales Enablement at HD Supply and holds the position of Senior Sales Support Manager at The Home Depot Pro since January 2018, overseeing a team of 114 associates to enhance sales growth for institutional sales teams. Prior to this, Monica was Customer Service Manager at Interline Brands from 2009 to January 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing a team of 25 Customer Care Representatives to exceed customer expectations. Earlier experience includes a role at AmSan as ASDS Software Support & Procurement from 2006 to 2009, focusing on inventory management and system backups across eight divisions. Monica holds a Bachelor of Political Science with a Paralegal certification from Texas A&M University-Commerce, completed between 1991 and 1994.
