Ray Ludacer has extensive experience in the design and engineering sectors, currently serving as a DC Specialist on the Central Business District Tolling Program (CBDTP) at HDR since November 2019. Concurrently, Ray works as a DC Specialist/Project Coordinator at EnTech Engineering PC, contributing to the MTA-NYCT project C-34849. Previous roles include Content Manager/Producer at BreakThru Radio and Freelance Designer. Notably, Ray interned as an Archivist/Photographer at Cheim & Read and served as an Assistant Metalworker at New York Custom Fabricators, focusing on decorative metal structures. Additional experience includes designing over 500 icons at Lingraphica for speech-generating devices. Ray earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Video Production from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2014.
