Jim Lyon is a Senior Project Manager at HDR, a position held since July 2006. Prior to this role, Jim Lyon served as a Civil Engineer Officer in the US Air Force for nearly three decades, from 1977 to 2006. Jim Lyon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
