Insley Baker is a Strategic Communications Coordinator at HDR since September 2021, focusing on developing Public Involvement Plans and maintaining project-specific messaging documents. Previously, Insley served as an On Site Coordinator at Randstad USA, where consultation with clients ensured excellent customer service and involvement in marketing material production occurred. Insley also gained experience as a Communications Intern at Benson Hill, contributing to a rebranding strategy and managing internal resources. Earlier roles include event management and promotion as a Student Worker at Southeast Missouri State University and support in conference planning as a Communication & Events Intern at NISC. Insley holds a degree in Corporate Communications from Southeast Missouri State University, earned in 2019.
