Brian Norusis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Principal Owner of Brian Norusis Inc since October 2018, Brian also holds board member positions at HdL Companies and Envisio Solutions Inc. Previously, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Customer Success at e-Builder, where efforts were focused on optimizing large construction programs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Brian's earlier roles include Senior IT Consultant at Alltel, Director of International Support Operations at Peace Software, and Director of Client Operations at Daleen. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from James Madison University, an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Certificate of Achievement in Effective Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
