Leepsa Jena is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Regional Head at HDFC Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Leepsa was the Lead HR Business Partner at Jio Platforms Limited from December 2012 to January 2023, focusing on HR strategies for technology teams and fostering a people-first culture. Previous experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited, where Leepsa enhanced HR processes and employee engagement initiatives, and as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited, managing projects and client interactions.
