Khushi Ladha is a Data Scientist at HDFC Bank since July 2024, with prior experience as the Founder of GennyAI, where efforts focused on developing a digital wardrobe app for personalized fashion recommendations, incubated by IIT Mandi under the CPS Prayas Scheme. Khushi completed an AI internship at DRIMCO GmbH in early 2024, working on topic modeling for EU regulation documents. Previously, during an internship at HDFC Bank, a custom financial report analyzer with 92% accuracy was created to support the Credit Risk Analytics team, alongside extensive evaluation of OpenAI's NLP capabilities. Khushi contributed to GirlScript Summer of Code in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Technology (with Honors) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi, along with an exchange program in Informatics at the Technical University of Munich.
