Hardik Barot is an experienced professional in the banking and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at HDFC Bank since March 2019, managing a portfolio of over 3,000 customers and excelling as a Relationship Manager. Hardik has achieved notable recognition by winning four consecutive MDRT international contests. Previously, from February 2015 to January 2019, Hardik worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Gsh India Pvt Ltd (Ford Motor Pvt Ltd), where responsibilities included planning and scheduling maintenance tasks for both mechanical and electrical equipment. Earlier experience includes a role as a Maintenance Supervisor at La-Gajjar Machinery Pvt Ltd from May 2013 to May 2014. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from KALOL Institute of Tech. & Research Center, completed in 2013.
